Stu Francis is a British comedian and entertainer best known for presenting the children's television programme Crackerjack in the early 1980s. His catchphrases include 'Ooh, I could crush a grape!', which also became the title of a later television show. His career developed through holiday-camp entertainment, live comedy and theatre, before bringing his distinctive variety style to television.
