The Ronettes helped define 1960s girl-group pop, with Ronnie Spector’s distinctive lead voice making “Be My Baby” instantly recognisable. Their recording of “Sleigh Ride” brings that same spirited character to Christmas. Bright harmonies and a bustling arrangement make this a lively trip through the snow, with no need to check the traffic before setting off.
Show Lyrics — I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus
I saw Mommy kissing Santa Claus Underneath the mistletoe last night She didn't see me creep Down the stairs to have a peek She thought that I was tucked up In my bedroom fast asleep Then, I saw Mommy tickle Santa Claus Underneath his beard so snowy white Oh, what a laugh it would have been If Daddy had only seen Mommy kissing Santa Claus last night Then I saw Mommy tickle Santa Claus Underneath his beard so snowy white Oh, what a laugh it would have been If Daddy had only seen Mommy kissing Santa Claus last night Oh, what a laugh it would have been If Daddy had only seen Mommy kissing Santa Claus last night (I saw Mommy kissing Santa Claus)
